The limited prayer made through this petition is for the issuance of a direction to the respondents to finally decide appeal dated 25.09.2024, filed by petitioner under Section 107 of the Central GST Act, 2017/Haryana GST Act, 2017 challenging therein order dated 29.08.2024 passed by respondent No.3. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the pending appeal shall be finally decided by the appellate Authority within a period of two months from today in accordance with law.
