Considering the fact that the impugned of the appellate authority is passed on 30.06.2026, the petitioner has the remedy of assailing the same in Appeal under Section 112 of the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 before the GST Appellate Tribunal, as such we are not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.
Leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue such remedy, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed.
