Mr.R.Parthiban, learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu, takes notice for the respondent. 2.This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the respondent bearing Ref.No.33AAWFS6008E1Z3/2021-22, dated 21.11.2025. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a violation of principles of natural justice, as without providing an opportunity to the petitioner, the respondent has passed the impugned order. Hence, he prayed to allow this Writ Petition. 4.The learned counsel for State of Tamil Nadu for the respondent would fairly submit that this Court may set aside the impugned order and remit the case back to the respondent for fresh consideration. 5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the impugned order is quashed and the case is remitted back to the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis respondent to pass a fresh order, after hearing the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open for the petitioner to raise all the pleas available with him before the respondent. 6.This Writ Petition stands allowed with the above direction. No costs.
