Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal which reads as hereunder: "The undersigned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner. Pursuant to the Interim Order dated 11.02.2026, passed by this Hon'ble Court staying the recovery till the lapse of the appeal period, the Respondent No.1 issued a Letter noting the Release of attachment of Bank (copy enclosed), HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13523 WP No. 4459 of 2026 and the Petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority challenging the Assessment Order dated 01.01.2026 and Demand Order dated 01.01.2026. In light of the same, the present Petition has become infructuous, and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity."
