The petitioner has raised a dispute before the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Facilitation Council, with respect to non-payment for the materials supplied to another establishment by name ‘Hydis Hypermarket’. The petitioner wants the dispute to be resolved expeditiously. Hence, this writ petition.
2. Having heard the learned Counsel and perused the documents, I find the request to be well founded.
The writ petition is hence disposed of, directing the respondent to expedite the decision
