JUDGMENT The petitioner, engaged in the Cashew Trade, applied to the 2nd respondent for having the labour cards under Rule 26A of the Kerala Headload Workers' Rules 1981, for its workmen. Complaining that the 2nd respondent has, so far, not considered the Ext.P4 series of applications, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
In response to the submissions made by the petitioner's counsel, the learned Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent has already been actively considering the petitioner's Ext.P4 series of applications. According to her, he will dispose them of at the earliest.
I, therefore, without adverting to the merits of the matter, dispose of the writ petition, holding that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's Ext.P4 series of applications, and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, in three weeks. DAMA SESHADRI NAIDU JUDGE das
