JUDGMENT 1.Petitioner has approached this Court seeking the following prayers:- “i)To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the respondents to make the payment to the petitioner pursuant to Exhibits P1,P2 and P3 with interest and the amount due to the GST that the petitioner is liable to remit on payment. ii) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or appropriate writ, order or direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Exhibit P4 representation expeditiously.” 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after completion of works, the petitioner had already submitted bill along with completion certificate, but no action has been taken thereon. Seeking early disbursal of the amount due under the bill, the petitioner has approached the 1st respondent preferring Exhibit P4 representation

There will be a direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass appropriate orders on Exhibit P4 representation preferred by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. Anu Sivaraman, Judge
