JUDGMENT The petitioner is a partnership firm engaged in the business of powder coating of aluminum and lamination work. According to the petitioner, necessary clearances from the respective statutory authorities and consent from the Pollution Control Board were secured and the petitioner is complying with whatever conditions imposed in the consent and clearances issued by the respective statutory authorities. However, seeking modifications in the conditions of consent issued by the Pollution Control Board, petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 before the 2nd respondent, which is pending consideration. The sole relief sought for is early consideration of Ext.P5. 2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader, and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to finalise the proceedings pertaining to WP(C).No. 26347 of 2018 3 Ext.P5 at the earliest and at any rate within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
